Making capsules at home instead of purchasing them is much easier than you think and economical!
To get started you will need the following:

- Scale: You do not need a large scale, no more than 100g is what would work perfectly to weigh out the powder required to fill 24 capsules. Link: https://amzn.to/31gpAXR
Capsules come in varying sizes, from largest size “000” to smallest size “5”. I recommend using a size “00” because they are easier to swallow and fit approximately 600-1000mg of powder per capsule, any smaller and you will be taking a lot more capsules together the desired dose.
To better understand how much powder can fit within one capsule you have to know the density of the powder or blend of powder you are using. An easy way to figure out the powder fill is to weigh an empty capsule and tare the scale or jot down the number, then hand fill one capsule and with The Capsule Machine tamper tool push the powder down until the capsule is filled with powder, seal the capsule with the cap and weigh the filled capsule. Either you have tased the scale and the weight will be the fill weight or if you jotted down the number subtract the capsule weight from your total weight. That number will be multiplied by 24 to make the blend needed to pour into The Capsule Machine. See my Youtube video to see a step by step instruction.
