Spinach Kale Celery Apple Pineapple Juice

  • 2 hearts organic celery (about 16-20 oz) washed
  • 4 Medium Carrots washed, peeled if not organic
  • 1 Handful of Spinach washed
  • 1 Handful of Chopped Kale. washed
  • 3 Red Apples washed and quartered, no seeds
  • 2 Cups Pineapple peels and chopped
  • Squeeze 1 Lemon into container after juicing completed (optional)
