
Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly and peel them.
Drink juice in 2-3 days or store refrigerated in glass tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
Beet, Carrot, and Ginger Juice
- 4 Large Beets. peeled and quartered
- 5 Carrots. washed, peeled if not organic
- 2 Green Apples. washed and quartered, no seeds
- 1 Small Knob of Ginger. peeled (about 1/2 Tbls)
- Squeeze 1 Lemon into container after juicing completed
Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Juice
- 5 Carrots washed, peeled if not organic
- 3 Oranges peeled and in halves (Cara Cara preferred)
- 1 Lemon peeled
- 1 Small Knob of Ginger. peeled (about 1/2 Tbls)
Orange, Carrot and Apple Juice
- 3 Oranges, peeled and in halves (Cara Cara preferred)
- 5 Medium Carrots washed, peeled if not organic
- 2 Green Apples washed and quartered, no seeds
- 1 Small Knob of Ginger. peeled (about 1/2 Tbls)
Simple Green Juice
- 1 Cup Chopped Kale washed
- 2 Red Apples washed and quartered, no seeds
- 1 Medium Cucumber washed and peeled
- Squeeze 1/2 Lemon into container after juicing completed
Spinach Kale Celery Apple Pineapple Juice
- 2 hearts organic celery (about 16-20 oz) washed
- 4 Medium Carrots washed, peeled if not organic
- 1 Handful of Spinach washed
- 1 Handful of Chopped Kale. washed
- 3 Red Apples washed and quartered, no seeds
- 2 Cups Pineapple peels and chopped
- Squeeze 1 Lemon into container after juicing completed (optional)
